Mr. Alberto Fadul Fleckner is the Chairman of Hamilton Reserve LATAM S.A., a licensed Financial Advisor in Panama and an affiliate of Hamilton Reserve Bank, the largest global bank headquartered in the Caribbean region. Mr. Fleckner is a multilingual global banker, attorney, and a LATAM market expert holding three master’s degrees and a law degree as the former CEO of UBS Panama and the former CEO of EFG Panama, both are LATAM subsidiaries of leading Swiss banks. Mr. Fleckner’s banking experience spans nearly three decades as a well-respected senior executive in the LATAM markets across multiple cultures and regions. Mr. Fleckner holds a Master of Science degree in Wealth Management, Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Rochester – Simon Business School in the USA, a second master’s degree in Advanced Finance from University of Bern in Switzerland, and a third master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia in Panama, as well as a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa Maria Le Antigua in Panama. Mr. Fleckner is based in Panama City, Panama.

Ms. Ariadna I. Rojas R. is the CEO of Hamilton Reserve LATAM S.A., a fully licensed Financial Advisor in Panama. She is a multilingual attorney, regulatory compliance expert, and senior operations executive with over two decades of experience across a broad spectrum of activities in international banking. Ms. Rojas has served in senior leadership positions at premier global financial institutions in Panama, including UBS, EFG, Scotiabank, and BNP Paribas Group. Her expertise encompasses regulatory and operational strengths in multiple jurisdictions, with particular focus on Swiss, U.S., and Panamanian financial regulations. Ms. Rojas holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), France, and a bachelor’s degree in law and political science from the University of Panama. She is a Certified Professional in Anti-Money Laundering (CP/ML) and holds a Principal Executive License from the Superintendence of the Securities Market in Panama. Ms. Rojas is the founder and two-time former President of the Association of Compliance Officers of Panama, where she advised the Board of Directors of the Superintendence of the Securities Market. She serves as an Honorary Member of the Board of Directors of the Panamanian Capital Market Association (APAMEC). She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Ms. Rojas R. is based in Panama City, Panama.

Mr. Amauri A. Castillo is the former Superintendent of Banks of Panama (2020 to 2024) and a Panamanian attorney overseeing the regulation and supervision of Panama’s banking industry and its continued alignment with international standards. Mr. Castillo is a financial regulatory expert, and senior banking executive with over two decades of experience in banking regulation, financial services, corporate governance, and strategic advisory. Mr. Castillo previously served for nearly 12 years at the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, including as Secretary General. He advised the country of Panama on positioning of Panama as an international banking center. Mr. Castillo also served as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Panama and has extensive private-sector experience as an independent director of banks, trust companies, securities firms, and other financial institutions. He currently serves as Counsel to Castillo Estudio Jurídico, a law firm founded in 2013. Mr. Castillo holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama and has completed executive banking studies at INCAE Business School. Mr. Castillo is based in Panama City, Panama.

Mr. Julio Javier Justiniani is the former Superintendent of the Securities Market of Panama, where he led the supervision and development of the country’s capital markets, advanced the institution’s digitalization, and strengthened its international regulatory cooperation. Mr. Justiniani is a Panamanian financial executive with over 30 years of experience leading local and international financial institutions, with extensive expertise in private banking, capital markets, financial regulation, and corporate governance. Mr. Justiniani has played an active role in Panama’s integration into the international financial system, establishing cooperation agreements with securities regulators across the Americas and Spain. His public-sector governance experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIACAP, Panama’s public-sector pension fund, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Savings Fund (FAP), the country’s sovereign wealth fund. Mr. Justiniani holds an MBA from the University of Louisville in the United States and completed advanced finance studies at INCAE Business School. He has also pursued specialized studies in market regulation at Harvard Law School and completed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s program in capital markets development and regulation. Mr. Justiniani is based in Panama City, Panama.
