Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR)
THE USD 1 MILLION HAMILTON RESERVE BANK CSR PROGRAM
Hamilton Reserve Bank (“Bank”) has a fully funded Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program with a single mission: Youth development throughs sports and education. The CSR program is funded annually with USD 1 million and serves communities where the Bank has a marketing/branding presence, managed through the Bank’s headquarters advised by experienced CSR professionals.
The CSR program also collaborates with The U.S. State Department and U.S. Embassies from around the world as well as other established NGOs to benefit local social development. The CSR program is not involved in local politics. Political donations through the program are not possible.
THE SPONSORSHIP
The Hamilton Reserve Bank CSR program offers partial or full sponsorships of youth sports activities such as soccer teams, cricket teams, track, golf, and others, where the Bank’s logos, billboards, and other marketing messages will be present. The sponsorship pays for travel expenses, uniforms, marketing, and branding costs. Exceptional student athletes are offered internship or full-time career opportunities earning well-paying salaries at the Bank or its affiliates located from around the world.
Examples of the Bank’s recent CSR programs include the Bank’s full sponsorship of the country of Saint Lucia’s first-ever participation in the world-renowned Penn Relays in Philadelphia, USA. The Bank’s support included flights, lodging, uniforms and shoes, food, event fees – all inclusive. The successful event directly benefited student athletes from Saint Lucia, placing the country of Saint Lucia before a large global audience.
