Job Location: Nevis.  Attentive and fast customer service staff able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. Prior experience in banking is preferred, but not required. Prior customer service experience is required. College degrees are preferred, but not required. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office are required. Well-developed, hardworking, efficient, detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collegially in a corporate environment. Excellent organizational skills, efficient time management, and teamwork. A clean background is required. Reporting line: Operations Manager

Job Location: Nevis. The applicant must possess extensive banking industry experience in roles that require close attention to customer identity verification and adherence to formal written compliance procedures. Responsibilities include verification of customer identities, monitoring accounts, and supervising bank operations/accounts for improper activities. Reporting line: Chief Compliance Officer / Chief Risk Officer.

Job Location: All locations. Attentive and highly efficient marketing officers and bankers able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. Prior experience in banking is preferred, but not required. College degrees are preferred, but not required. Well-developed, detail-oriented individuals with deep motivations for success, strong work ethics, and a positive attitude. Fast, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work independently in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and efficient time management. A clean background is required. Job Location: Nevis. Experienced IT technicians familiar with computer networks and networking. Backgrounds in the following preferred: data security, Microsoft office software solutions and maintenance, network updates and enhancement, banking software, system analysis and problem resolution, network hardware installations. The candidate must have strong work ethics and strong communications skills and be able to meet technical deadlines in collaboration with external software service providers. Reporting line: VP, Technology.
