Hamilton Reserve Bank Appoints Global Banking Leader Juan A. Pujadas as Senior Advisor to the Board

NEVIS, Saint Kitts and Nevis, August 2, 2025 – Hamilton Reserve Bank, the hometown bank of Alexander Hamilton and one of the Caribbean’s largest global banks, today announced the appointment of Juan A. Pujadas, former Vice Chairman of PwC International and board member of Wells Fargo & Company, as Senior Advisor to the Board.
Mr. Pujadas will provide strategic counsel on the Bank’s global expansion, finance, risk management, and technology transformation initiatives, leveraging more than three decades of executive leadership experience across the world’s most respected financial institutions and consulting firms.
A proven leader in global banking, Mr. Pujadas was Chief Executive Officer of Global Advisory Services at PwC, overseeing the firm’s worldwide consulting, strategy, forensic, and M&A practices. He also served as Chief Risk Officer for Santander Investment, the international division of Banco Santander, and as a director at UST Global, a leading software and technology engineering company.
