Saint Lucia delivered an “excellent” performance in their Penn Relays debut, according to parents who accompanied the five-member team to the renowned track and field event which hosts over 1,000 schools and clubs from North America and the Caribbean. Hamilton Reserve Bank, the largest global bank headquartered in the Caribbean, is the sponsor of the Saint Lucia winning team.
